    Need more info...

    What mods do you have?
When did this start happening? Was it all at once or slowly over time?
What happens as you try and accelerate to that speed? Bucking, just lack of power, what?

This is a hard thing to diagnose, unfortunately. This could be a myriad of problems stemming from fuel delivery (filter, pump, dirty injectors), to clogged air filter/dirt MAF, to damaged turbo, to damaged engine internals.

I'd start with a tune up, basic maintenance if it hasn't been done in a while. Spark plugs, air filter, fuel filter, then we can go into the harder diagnostic stuff.
