Just picked up a 2004 wrx with 90k what matiance to do?

I just picked up a 2004 red wrx with 90k miles, it is in very good condition, never abused. I just replaced the brake rotor and pads and wheel bearings. I was wondering what other maintenance I should do to get her back to factory stock condition and power.
2004 wrx remo red. mods; up-pipe, muffler delete with costume axel back exhaust, big ass mid-pipe leak (loud as hell, result of up-pipe install :P)
