Fog lights and clock not working

I have an 02 wrx wagon. The clock has no light, and the fog lights will not come on, but the green light on the swich comes on. I have the checked the fuses on both and are get power to fuse box and fuses are good. I have 200k on the car. I was told to check the grounds but am not sure where to find these grounds. Please help.
