    Missing hoses on throttle body

Hi there. I'm new to this site. I have a 05 sti I bought last year, and this car is being a huge PITA. I have thrown at a least a couple grand on this car to get it working right. I know the previous owner took good care of it, and I also know it used to be heavily modified. He took most of the mods out though.
Anyway, I'm hoping this has something to do with one of my car issues. Anyone know where these 2 hoses connect to? Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Both of those nipples are for coolant, Subaru circulates coolant through the throttle body to help keep the throttle plate from freezing, you can do something called a TB coolant bypass mod. It looks like thats what the previous owner did here. I have had one instance of my throttle plate sticking fore this mod is done on my WRX. It was about 20 degrees F outside at the time, I immediately shut off the car, started it back up and it never happened again...
