    where the heck is the receiver/drier for the A/C system located

    Changed out the compressor now need to change out receiver. Where is it located? any Pictures? How to's to change it?
    1983 chevy c10 - ~400 hp, fully restored- sold
    2004 Suzuki Sv650s - sold, but soon I will get another bike.

    OK it's a little confusing. In 2002 the dryer went from being incorporated into the condenser to being separate from the condenser -- it's shaped like a pipe and next to the condenser.

    However I have a 2002 and can't tell which parts my car has.

    Why are you changing it, BTW? I need to replace a hose. Does that warrant changing the dryer too?

    thanks for the reply, the compressor went out and the system is most likely gummed up.

    Hi there, i am also having a hard time trying to locate that dryer. A bit difficult for this simple accessory. Do you have any update on the location of this one?
