    Boost bouncing...

Hey fellow Subie lovers. I've when I spool up (Not at WOT) My boost gauge bounces from say 12 to 15 back and forth. Like a soft bounce. Best way I can explain it. And you can feel the surge when it happens as well.In my minds eye I see the wastegate floating but cant think of why it would do this. But hey you guys are the pros and I am thankful to have a great set of enthusiasts at ClubWRX. Any Ideas or opinions on what may be happening? Running a 03 5 Speed with Blitz BOV and stock turbo w/COBB accessport mapped on stage 2 91 Oct.I recently had to reinstall my OEM TBE for inspection. But it did it with and without the TBE. Thanks in advance.

Update: So I went thru all hose connections, various vacuum lines, etc. and made sure everything was tight and leak free. The bounce now is gone but it intermittently will drop then rise or sometimes rise then drop. Boost spike? I'm thinking maybe an uppipe leak around the flange area. Its a little noisy there but I dont see any soot in the said area.Well anyways I guess the best thing is to go digging...
