    That you're letting off the gas?

    The BOV needs vaccuum to actuate, so unless you have a weird vaccuum issue going on, you're probably feathering the gas too much.

    That or you're mistaking the sound of your BOV/BPV for something else.

    If it's an aftermarket BOV it may be leaking.
