    I think I have a vacuum issue

    When the turbo starts to wine....it wines up then down then up then down.....Does anyone have any suggestions...I still have a powertrain warrenty would it be under something with that? My buddy said he thinks it was a vacuum issue, but he has not heard it just based off what I told him... I also have a warrenty from the dealership fo 30days 1000miles...and im on like the 10th day....What do yall think!

    From what I can see it has a Hks Exhaust and I think a after market downpipe cause there is no cat on it....It was driving fine till the humid rain cam threw az heat! Help

    Hard to tell without being able to hear it on our own. Any idea on tuning? Take a look at the heatshield over the turbo. That can tell you what kind of downpipe you have or not.

    By 'whine' do you mean the spooling of the turbo? It could be multiple things.

    Best thing is to take it back under warranty and have it corrected. Goodluck!

    Look for the restrictor pill in the vacuum line coming off of the turbo. Have the dealer install one if it is missing.

    You might be boost spiking if your running catless as you stated... if so then your going to have to do a bypass... I forget what the technical term is but it prevents you from loosing so much back pressure from your lack of the cat.

    It could also have a vacuum leak somewhere too so check all your lines and restricter pill...
