I think i have a noise in my turbo, i have a 94 wrx 2.0 turbo, i am quite new to turbo's (bin around motorcycles and muscle cars, just got into it.) it sounds like a grinding noise on deceleration maybe a blow off valve issue? i am going to do more searching for an exhaust leak but i would like to know your input?

Does the noise go "whooooooooosh" ?

All seriousness...without hearing the noise, it's pretty hard to diagnose.
