    Notice how I simply unplugged it? But I would really like to know why it went ApeS*** on me.

    I would still try to find that security unit an unplug it. More than likely it has the same kind just in a different place. I will check on it for you in the morning. 06 Auto WRX right?

    Ok so is number 8 under the dash or the hood? I just looked under the hood and all I can see in the dark is the aftermarket intercooler covering the entire firewall lol

    Oh you know that would be way too easy. It's probably under the dash. You should probably try finding number 6 too.

    Ok Man, Ive been doing some research on this. For one thing the Alarm system on the 06 is alot more complicated than on mine.Plus, There is alot of thing that could actually cause the problem. If disconnecting the unit does not give you the car back I would suggest you get in touch with a dealership about the problem. You run the risk of doing some real damage to the immobilizer system.
