    it is normal or it is bad?

    hi im from guatemala , i have this problem , a noise that is like something spinning without lubrication and it comes from the turbo area , so i suppose is in the hot side , but it is normal or is bad?, i haven't use the car form about a week i today i use the car has that noise, the car is now off boost 0 psi i haven't run it, the thing was that the wastegate has not connected so the turbo was always making more psi old owner mistake, so i connected it this week. could it be the normal spinning sound?

    I don't know if this helps.. but I know I can hear the turbo spooling on my car when I hit bout 4k rpm and up.. and I can hear the air being sucked in more..
