    coolant flush

    does anyone know of any write ups on flushing the coolant on a 06/07 wrx? is it worth doing by yourself, or is it a pita, and should i get it done? any tips you might have as i try to go through the flush?

    I think its an easy enough job to do yourself, but what to do with the old coolant (legally) can be a pain. Dealers want to charge you about $120.

    PS: I've heard to use genuine subaru coolant, and conditioner. Not the stuff from the auto store.

    If you do decide to change the coolant yourself definitely put in a bottle of blue coolant conditioner from Subaru....
