I would not make it a huge deciding factor. There are many significantly more aspects to consider.

Ask why they did it though. Might be attempting to cover up a worse problem kinda like the Vehix commercials... Ya know... instead of "Flood ruined interior"... "New interior"... etc.

An engine flush can be good or bad..how many miles are on the vehicle? has the vehicle had engine flushes its entire life? ( we recommend them every year or 15k miles). Doing an engine flush on a high mileage vehicle where one has never been performed before can potentially make oil seals start to leak. As mentioned though if the car checks out mechanically externally and internally than I would not use something like an engine flush as a major deciding factor in purchasing the vehicle... By engine flush I assume you mean engine oil?

71k miles on the car. And had been told it runs good. Going to see the car tomorrow in person.
