Reform warped timing belt cover? 03 WRX

I'm in the middle of replacing my timing belt on my 03 WRX and I noticed the center timing belt cover has been rubbing on one of the idlers. It is warped toward the motor.

I'm going to try heating it up in the oven and putting something on it to push it back out. Anyone tried this before? Got any tips? I was thinking like 250-300 degrees for 10 mins with something sitting on it to push it flat should do the trick.

Do you have access to a heat gun? Might make it easier and less of a mess.
