    Exclamation rpm proplem

    in my 02 wrx 2.0L the rpms takes time to go up is not that fast in between 1000 to 4000 rpms but after it pass 4000 rpms is ok does anyone know how can i get this fix please give me ur opinion of what it is thank u

    Sounds like your clutch is going.

    Doesn't sound like the clutch.

    Do you know anything about the modifications if any to the car? Your not going to get anything substantial for boost until well after 1000 RPM (my car never sees <2000 except in traffic). A stock setup will start to pull pretty hard <3000 but bigger turbos don't crank up until later. Stock cars taper off above 5500 though pretty noticeably where bigger turbos keep going.
