    front endlink help needed

    hey i have an 02 and am replacing front endlinks with oem from subaru. when i go to tighten them up the endlink just spins. the only thing i can think of is to use needleknose vicegrips to hold it behind the threads. any help would be great.

    Hmm I usually use my 3/8 impact gun for this so the torque of the gun overcomes all and draws the nut onto the end link stud.. Channel lock pliers work well for this ( in my experience)...grab the stud of the link on the other side of hole it goes through on the control arm..make sure your not on the threads..and just start cranking the nut on....Like I said I personally never really had to deal with this for I use air tools....
