    02 Wagon not idling

I have an 02 wagon with around 150k miles. It has started running really rough on idle. It seems to be getting worse to the point that it will die if I don't work the throttle a bit. Any ideas? Is this a tuneup kind of problem or something else? I did notice my gas mileage went down a few months ago and has not gotten back to the range it had before.

Have you kept up with all the maintenance? My guess would be the IACV do a search for it. You can find a good one on how to clean it. Other than that it could be your o2 sensor. Has it ever been changed?
