    Broken AC Belt idler adjuster

So I managed to break the plastic idler adjuster while replacing my belts today. Are there any options aside from going to Subaru and picking up a new one? Do they make a metal one that is a bit more durable... ?

Not as far as I'm aware. I did the same thing when I did my belts a couple of months ago. It's like a $2 part from Subaru and it's a commonly broken part so they stock them up pretty well, at least here they do.
