    Failing TMIC?!?

So while in low boost my BOV works perfect. But when in high boost it isn't working at all... the BOV seems to work fine though, I took it apart and everything seems fine.

My TMIC has about 120k on it. Is it time to replace it?

    Thanks

If the intercooler is holding boost then it's not a problem with the intercooler.

Try the stock BPV, even if it looks fine the aftermarket BOV is likely the problem.

So why would you blame an intercooler for something that a BoV is doing wrong? You really haven't stated what exactly the problem is.

An IC is a very simple part. Unless you have something clogging up the internal section or got a leak in it. Your IC is probably not the cause of your problems.
