    AC removal

ok so i pulled out my ac compressor yesterday and gonna take out the condenser out tomorrow. i took my car out after i removed the compresser for a ride and i realized the fan doesnt work when the car is at a stop, only moving. i even put it on the 4th setting and still didnt feel nothing at a stop. does removing the AC compressor affect the fan or did i do somethin wrong?

oh and do i leave those holes unplugged wher it connects to the wall?

I'm assuming your talking about the blower motor not the cooling/sub fans? That is where the AC lines connect to the Evaporator/ Expansion Valve....Personally if your removing the entire AC system why not remove the Evaporator/Expansion Valve also? than you can just ram rubber dummy plugs into the firewall.........

Hmm need a little more information, so your saying the blower motor will operate properly however the incoming air isnt always heated? even when selected to the hot position.......

Sounds like an air bubble in the cooling system, but that shouldn't have been caused by removing anything in the AC system, unless you removed a coolant line.

the other way around. the heat works fine, its the blower thats the problem. the fan shuts off sometimes. and no coolant lines removed, only ac lines

Does it only not work on one setting? or is it like when your driving along and it just shuts off altogether?

Do you have the automatic climate control system or the standard ac/heater/fan controls? (not sure what year/model car you have)
