Both of those numbers are more than sufficient...When I'm fully warm at idle I'm around 30 PSI and cruising at 65 I'm around 70 PSI...

I realize that different oil weights and different filters will change the oil pressure. I have not changed my oil weight, but I did change my filter. My question is this: what (on average) pressure should the oil be at when starting up/idling after warmed/running on the highway? With the new filter I have on, I'm running about 107psi on startup, and roughly 87 psi going down the highway at 65mph. My old filter (Fram) had me about 93 psi on startup and about 82 psi at 65mph.
Just a little info: 02 wrx, stage 2, about 15psi at full
I have the Q-horsepower full synthetic oil, 5w30

what filter do you have now? Is it a factory filter?

I run Valvoline full synthetic 5w-40.
~95 psi cold start
~30-35 psi at hot idle
~75 psi cruising (RPM > 1800 or so)
It's a Purolator filter. Advance Auto Parts was running a deal on the oil that I use. Figured I'd at least give the filter a try. I'll see what it pulls out in 2000 miles when I do my next oil change.
Ok, I won't worry that much anymore. Thanks everyone.
