boost at 7.25psi drops, then clibs at WOT

in 3rd gear if I hold steady on the gas with the boost at 7.25 psi, it will drop unless i push the gas in more. I know boost will drop once you stop accelerating, but im saying i hold the gas steady. Is this a WG problem, or could this be normal for an 03 wrx?

Its normal depending on how much throttle you have and what rpm you are at. If the rpms climb but throttle stays the same depending on how the map is tuned boost will drop. Its been doing this all along and you probably just noticed it today. You seem to have a new problem almost every week.... My advice to anyone is to download Romraider (its free) and their stock map and have a look. It will help you understand how things work and how the ECU and the system as a whole is engineered. No cable is required.

i know and it sucks but hopefully now everything is good. i have a new clutch, flywheel, timing belt,water pump, rear main seal, tranny complete reseal.
Im glad for this forum though, it has been a real help for all my problems
