Throwing a cel after changing belts

I changed my belts today and immediatly afterwards I started throwing two CEL's. One was for a misfire in cylinder 2 and the other was "PFFFE" does anyone have any idea why this is happening? Also what is the PFFFE code? Also my car is a stock 03 wrx.

    Thanks
