    How to calibrate Outside Temp gauge on 2007 impreza 2.5i Special Edition non turbo model?

    Its reading 3F whereas it is 34F outside.

    might be some info. in the owners manual... Are you sure it can be calibrated....This temp display uses the ambient temp sensor located in the front bumper...you might be able to see it if you kneel down and look....make sure there isnt any water/ice in it...or something blocking it....also perhaps its reading correctly but the display is having problems thus not displaying the 4....

    I had taken the cluster out to paint the black plastic with silver color around the dials. And when I put it back in, the temp is incorrect. I did not touch anything else.
