the light flashes like blink blink pause, blink blink, pause and when i manually lock the doors from the inside when i close the doors the horn beeps
This may be a touch of subject but,My key fobs halted working for a short time while I was in a sams parking lot. It turned out it was a radio frequency from on of the cart machines. My finances mom was having the same issue with her Nissan.
I thought it was kinda odd that the interference from other devices would stop the working of the key fobs. I guess its better then pushing a cart and then my trunk pops open lol...

Is there a door open, or another opening on the car that is alarmed? It sounds like the alarm is trying to say "I can't arm because I've got a circuit on somewhere."

My bugeye never sound the horn when the doors are locked manually from the inside -- and this is done almost every time the car is driven.
Again, is there a hood or trunk or door open?

no doors or trunk open. I can't figure it out and Subaru wants 90$ to fix it which is bs. I wishm y warrenty covered it
so does anyone have an idea on how to fix this?
sounds like you may be in valet mode. try holding the unlock button on your door panel with the driver door open. hold the unlock for at least two seconds and you will hear a horn chirp if it was in valet mode. then your key fobs should work.
