    test bcs wiring harness? help

How can you test to see if the wiring harness for the bcs is still working? Would turning the car to the on position and using a voltmeter? Or are there other ways that would be better?

Put it in test mode and check with a voltmeter.

You should just see if someone in the CO regional forum has a cable and log the car with romraider. Or get a cable and use it to reflash once you get this sorted out. Look at e.g. wastegate duty cycle and check your IAM to see if the ECU is pulling boost. If WGDC is pegged then it is the boost control system or a boost leak (like a leaky/unadjusted BOV maybe)
