    how do you know if your boost solenoid is bad?

    Is there a way to check you boost solenoid or do you know just by your boost? I have an 03 wrx only running 7.25psi and i did a boost leak check yesterday and found nothing. I heard it could be the bcs but i dont know how to check. Any advice is great!

    Put the car in test mode, and turn the key to the "ON" position.

    The BCS should "click"

    i'm not sure if its the same on older models but there should be two green plugs under the steering column

    Alright now take a picture of the boost gauge itself... and the tubing that comes out of the back of it... show us where it's leading...
