need help

i have a wrx impreza it boost at 1.2 bar and is 330bhp
but some time it will only boost at .5 and wont go higher
and there is a weird hissing noise behind the steering wheel witch can be loud
the car is mapped for irish fuel
and has just had a major service
please any advise would be great ,thanks.

i would check your vacuum lines to and from the turbo for cracks/leaks and also make sure they are all tight and secured.
