Random Beep.

My 02 wrx randomly beebs and I dont know why, I know that it is the same beeb as the turbo meter and leaving my keys in the ignition makes, but dont know what is causing it.

Need more details. List all your electronic mods. Does it beep without the keys in the ignition? Has it always done it or just started happening?

sorry im new the wrx/car scene, dont know much. it does it when I am driving, its not because of the keys, it is just the same tone beep. it is also the same tone as the beep of my boost guage when it tells me to shift. happens often when I push in the clutch or am in neutral but not at any particular speed. the only electronic mods I have are additional guages where the clock goes, and two ten inch kickers in the trunk.

My guess then it has to do with the gauges. To verify disconnect the gauge power and see if it continues.
