internal lights, guages, and key remote not working...

I just bought my 2002 wrx a few days ago and the **** who sold it to me didnt mention that the cd player does not play cd's. simple solution, put in a pioneer deck. after wiring in the new deck it had no power, later I noticed that niether do the dome lights, boost water temp oil temp and pressure guages, map reading lights, door lock remote, and my trip resets everytime I turn the car off. sure it is just a fuse, but I would still like some help.
