Help!! Just got an 03 wrx and..

Just got an 03 wrx about a week ago. pretty heavy storm came through 2 nights ago and today when i tried to start the beast it didnt kickover all the way stops at about a half rev and diess got it to stay kickin for a lil bit but was very weak and much like when you try and start up a very cold dirtbikeee. any suggestions?

i would suggest getting your misses hair dryer, out and give all the plugs and electrical connectors etc a good blast to dry everthing, there will be water somewere mate if theres been a storm
