Two small thing going on with my car that have been really annoying. its a 03WRX with 72k miles, and no mods

When car is stopped or moving slowly in a parking lot and turning the steering wheel there is kind of a light knocking sound coming from the steering wheel.

And the vibration first happened at about 40mph+ in the steering wheel and the seats, but got the tires balanced, and that fixed the vibration in the steering wheel. But now at 70mph+ i feel vibrations coming from the seats and floor.
