I've heard several times on this and other forums that the stock temp gauge reads in the red after the damage is probably already done

well its not all bad, the money i was saving for a sti is now going towards another WRX. But i hate to get rid of this car. I took all my aftermarket parts off of it so when i get another WRX i can make it stage 2 like my wagon was. I have a question about the Cobb AP, when you plug it in and hit uninstall does that un marry it to the car?
