Exclamation Lots of Blow By & Blowing smoke

Hey guys hoping sum1 can help me out, new to the wrx.

Having troubles with lots of blow by going into the top mount and leaking out the front of the turbo where the intake pipe connects to it, also when the oil filler cap is removed on idle it blows smoke from it almost smells and looks like exhaust fumes shooting out??? i have no idea what is happening had sum1 say could be rings and pistons? doesnt blow much smoke out the exhaust mayb a little white smoke on first start up. Also when the engine is cold it takes usually round 10 seconds of cranking to kick over and start, but when warm it starts straight up no worries??? im hoping this isnt going to cost me too much!!!! mods that have been done - link engine management computer, malpasi fuel reg, no afm cos of the computer, thats it stock other then that and runs 14-15 pound no troubles.

Any suggestions ideas really appreciated guys!!

Just ran a compression test and have 120 on 1,3 and 4 cylinders and 60-70 on the 2nd cylinder

obviously this is not good! rings-pistons??
but why isnt the car blowing any smoke from the exhaust?? only blows smoke out of the oil filler cap when its takin off and car is idleing?
