If the noise goes away when the clutch is disengaged it is likely the throw-out (release) bearing, yes. A less likely scenario is a mechanical rattle due to rubbing and/or a gearbox mount, but my bet would be on the bearing.

Hello everyone, i was backing out today and right before my clutch engaged it made a sqeeky noise then once it engaged completely it stopped. Its pretty loud, i was thinking a clutch bearing or throwout bearing. is there a grease fitting or something or do i have to get this thing checked out.

well if i am traveling in first gear and i give it gas to kind of make the car jerk it will sqeek too. Is there anything i can do to the throwout bearing my self?

You mentioned the noise goes away when fully engaged? Throwout bearing sounds like the first place I would look also....You could try pulling back the rubber boot around the clutch fork and squirting a tad of lube down there on the release bearing/ fork tongs...Ive done this before and it does help sometimes...Of course there is a little lever at the end of the clutch pedal itself that could be creaking you could always try lubing that also...
