It sounds like a whistle...the kind that has the ball in it..and when you blow it really loud...thats exactly what it sounds like...

The audio is pretty horrible.I would guess preturbo exhaust leak.Probably one of the up-pipe gaskets.Exhaust leaks can be easy to find if you have another person to help.Just start the car and let it idle.Have a person with a wet towel and gloves raise the exhaust back pressure by putting the towel over the exhaust tips.Kinda like the ol' banana in the tailpipe trip but you only want to do this for short increments at a time.Like 10-15 seconds. This should cause exhaust to blow out of the leak. You just stay up front and listen for leaks.IF nothing then move to checking the intercooler for loose connections.

Well it's not boost leak....and as far as exhaust leak everything has been checked except for the turbo to up pipe section....so I don't know what to do...I really dont want to take the whole turbo off and put another gasket on...i could double up the gaskets..i still have the original one..

The only other thing it could be is the turbo..so I guess maybe I will just start saving up for another turbo...FML....

How did you test for a boost leak?Could even be your BPV is leaking from the gasket. You actually have to pressurize the the post turbo intake track with an air compressor (with an adjustable regulator) to do a proper boost leak test.

My tuner did the boost leak test...he took the intake off and hooked it up to an air compressor...

Before I go out and buy a brand new turbo I think I am just going to drive it nice and easy for about a thousand miles and then get on it and see if the sound goes away!
