    new CAI

i just put on a k&n cold air intake and im just wondering if im supposed to be hearing that loud "rush" of air when shifting? it didnt happen before but i've had boost leaks before (on a dsm)and this is what it sounds like. also it seems to lack power with the new intake at higher rpm. could it need a new fuel filter, plugs, etc? would this combat that effect? thanks

That's your bypass valve you're hearing. It's normal.
