I have an 04 wrx sti, it was raced this past weekend. it was working fine until yesterday. The clutch goes to the floor but i can put the gears in smoothly. It is only going 25mph. what might be wrong with it?
You need a new clutch.

Sounds like you burned it up racing (the clutch)....did you notice a burning type smell at anytime between your runs? You'll know it if it's a burnt clutch smell...different than burnt rubber from tires

if you didn't completely fry the clutch, it's possible to recover
the same thing happened to one of my friends Jetta, it ended up being the fly wheel, but i think u need to take off the clutch to get to that anyways, so if that is the case u might replace both at the same time.
