    Boost surge?

02 WRX...first Suby I've ever owned, so kind of a noob. I only have the SPT short intake, and BOV mods. Problem was there (slightly) since i bought the car (before mods) but has gotten worse...under even moderate acceleration it feels like i'm letting off then back on the gas. Boost picks up, then falls, then picks up, etc...is this a Boost Control Solenoid problem? Read some other posts that got got me thinking about this, but can't find anything specific. Oh, and i'm not getting any codes also. Thanks!

Welcome! First off what kind of BOV did you put on?
Read THIS for info on that one

If your venting to atmosphere that is bad.

What RPM's is this happening at? And do you have a boost gauge? if so what PSI are you seeing?
