my jerkyness problems were due to a combination of problems, but I think most of it was the stock WRX map. I am now on the OTS stage 2 map and there is still minor jerkyness but im told getting a tune by a professional would eliminate the jerkyness completely. The rear diff bushings also helped alot, the acceleration felt alot less "rubbery" and more direct.

If it is the stock WRX map, it should effect all WRX owners isn't it? How come it only affects the small portion of people ?

I have never tuned my car. I bought it used, so how do I know if my car is running on stock map?
I am a little reluctant to tune my car at the moment because I only have a prodrive CAI. I am waiting to upgrade my stock exhaust before bringing to tune. Besides, a tune can easily cost ~$500 which is the main reason setting me back.
