new to importts - oil consumption?

k so im guessing that i have the problem of blown oil seals in my turbo. I have oil coating the entire inner of my turbo and into my intercooler and even into my throttle body. So what does it take to replace the seals or should i just get a used turbo. Also if i replace the turbo will i have to drain oil and coolant?

If you had not said "entire inner of my turbo" I'd have said to check your PCV valve. At this stage though it's probably a moot point to do so... I'd still have a look at the PCV since lots of stuff is coming apart anyway I guess.
