94 wrx oil shoots out from dipstick

hi first of all my subaru has started to misfire at low revs it used to misfir throug any revs but i cleaned up plugs and it only does it at low revs now and doesnt idle properly, it ok from about 2k revs and above

next the major problem it shoots out oil from the dipstick tube and i even had a small fire from the oil burning on the exhaust.
everytime i put the dipstick in and take it for a drive up the the road it will shoot up and theres oil everywhere.

    please help!!

Make sure the PCV system isn't clogged. It sounds like the crankcase is being pressurized. This could be a clogged vent system or it could be a problem with the piston rings. If the PCV system checks out OK take the car to a shop and have them see what state the motor is in.

My motor is a later model than yours and for another market so likely they will differ. Try scoobynet.co.uk for specs.
