    Rough idle on 09 WRX?

    My 2009 WRX with less than 1000 miles has rough idle right now. It feel almost like a bad motor mount. Any ideas?

    is it like a rocking side to side not like anything crazy, but i can tell its the motor, i have a 09 wrx 5-door and i get that but i just think its the opposed cylinders doing there job, dont know if that helps, but the dealer said theres nothing wrong.....

    Is your engine making a "knocking" sound? Some people have been having problems with he 09's having a turned rod bearing. there are examples on youtube if you need to compare.

    Thanks, I went back to the dealership and another 09 seemed to idle the same. Yeah this is my first Subie. I do like it alot.

    Sounds like mine. I believe yuor right that it's just the flat four doing its thing. It starts right up and seems to pull fine. Thanks for the help.
