    Despite your friend's alarmist attitude, you should thank him for pointing out the turbo swap. You need to get an approporiate tune ASAP as was mentioned above.

    Running it at 120 for a while (although surely an exaggeration) would probably just clean it out a bit. It is only like 5k RPM so I doubt it would hurt anything.
