Quarter jammed in CD Player

OK, I should know better!

My two your old loves to sit in my rex, cux it;s the coolest car he's ever seen. So while I was on my cell, he took a quarter from my cup holder and jammed it in my the factor 6 disc changer. Now I cant eject or insert any CD!

My Question: Can the dealership(or me) open it up and extract the quarter or do I need to replace it. I'm asking you'll first because I fear what the dealership will tell me ($$$$).

Please help a new parent!

Try to open the face / back on it.... Mine 3 yo did the same thing to my wife's car.... Needless to say, I always lock my car... screw that.

Do it yourself. Honestly, the front console comes apart in 30 seconds on our cars. 4 screws hold in the CD player, take it out and take one of the metal panels off the CD unit and shake upside down until the screw falls out.
