Is there anyone out there that can tell me why my car misfires on cyl 1 and studders horribly while driving when the 10 amp meter fuse is in the fuse panel (under the dash) but when you take the fuse out the car runs perfectly fine, though the voltage on the car will drop down to 9 volts after 20 minutes of driving with the fuse out and you have to put the fuse back in for the voltage to climb back to around 13.5 volts. Once you do that the car beings to misfire, jerk and studder horribly.

I have been a month trying to fix this and I have even taken it to several garages (including Subaru) and no one knows what it is.
