    Removing stock intake

i have searched google, this website, and others endlessly and cannot find anything on removing the stock intake from a wrx sti. I have all the piping from the box to the elbow removed, but getting it removed from the turbo on back looks very hopless without removing coolant lines, harness's, and the intake manifold. i have read alot of posts on this websites that make this task seem very easy, but i have no clue how this task could be done the way it has been described by various ppl.

P.S.- Im trying to remove the entire intake

    1) Disconnect the ground terminal from battery.
    2) Remove the intake manifold. <Ref. to FU(D0HC
    TURBO)-1 5, REMOVAL, Intake Manifold.>
    3) Remove the sensor, engine harness, and fuel
pipe attached to the intake manifold. <Ref. to
    FU(D0HC TURBO)-21, DISASSEMBLY, Intake
    Manifold.>
    4) Remove the intake duct from intake manifold.

Do you mean the turbo inlet pipe?If you are removing it to replace it with a silicone one you gotta cut one of the nipples of the back so you can slip the inlet out the front without removing the intake manifold.Try searching "turbo inlet install"

No im attempting to remove the entire intake to perform a boost leak test, and then re-install the intake.
