I am current in the process of removing the intake piping from the turbo to install my boost leak tester, but I am running into a few problems.
The piece the green arrow is pointing to is against the intake manifold, stopping me from pulling the piping off the turbo lip. Is there any way this piece can be removed?
The only other way i see to taking the piping out is to turn it to the side and pull it out. But then i ran into another problem. The pieced the pink arrow is pointing to is where the Recirculating valve hose connects, and when the stupid japanese put the hose clamp on, the prongs to remove the clamp were faced downward where i cant fit anything to remove the clamp. Unless someone has some rational ideas, it looks like im going to have to remove the intake manifold just to remove a hose clamp. Im pretty annoyed
