What is your emissions standard? Visual inspection of emission control devices? Sniff test?

Read the laws, and that should dictate to you what your course of action should be. If you only require OBDII scan, then catless should be fine. If you require visual/smog, then you should really either go back to stock, or get a system with at least one cat in it.

ah yes doylestown...not to sure what county that is but here in chester county PA we get the OBD and gas cap test for anything 96 and up which also includes a visual for the state inspection....i know alot of places around me have been buckling down on the emissions tests because i guess there are so many ways to "cheat" now adays....my recommendation to you is to try and find an exhaust with a high flow cat.....

if you dont get one with a high-flow cat, just save your stock and switch it before inspection
