    Misfire all 4 Cyl

    But thats just what the check engine code read... the car in fact is not mis-firing I asked around and was told there is a recall of sorts 2002 wrx need an ECU reflash... anyone go through this already??

    You said in your clutch thread that you just had the engine replaced.

    Can you provide some details about that? Like did you pay a shop to do it? Did you get a warranty with the work? What Long block? Used engine?
    New Spark plugs? inspect coil packs?
    How many miles on the Fuel filter? How is your gas mileage?

    If you reset the codes (take the negative cable off the battery, pump the brakes, replace the cable, then run it) does the code come back right away?

    I know this is a lot of questions, but that's not a good code to have.

    I misfire on all 4...wouldnt you hear that...like constantly.

    check your egt sensor, mine was broken and it caused misfires all over the place. I had a blinking CEL though.
